Thrive is a semi-private strength and accountability program (maximum 6 members per 1 coach).
It’s designed to help you lift heavier weights safely and confidently, improve your movement quality, and build positive lifestyle habits that carry over outside of training sessions.
Thrive is for anyone who wants to lift heavier, stay accountable, and follow a structured program. Open to all ages, male and female.
The Thrive program runs year-round.
We currently run 6 Thrive sessions per week, with plans to increase as demand grows.
Each session runs for 1 hour.
The Thrive booklet is your personal accountability tool.
You’ll track key habits such as alcohol intake, protein consumption, steps, strength sessions, mindfulness, sleep, and hydration.
It also includes a training log to monitor your progress and performance over time.
Yes. Thrive includes habit-based nutrition guidance and tracking.
You’ll also receive 5 healthy-eating cookbooks as part of the program, each with a full nutritional breakdown (high-protein, 5-ingredient, gluten-free, low-carb, and smoothie recipe books).
We offer fun, inclusive group training sessions designed for all fitness levels!
