Class Types

Strength and Cardio

Our full-body fitness class is designed to enhance overall wellness while targeting calorie burn and muscle development. 

Using a combination of resistance equipment including dumbbells, resistance bands, slam balls, and battle ropes, our program is expertly crafted to deliver efficient and effective results. 

Stretch

 Our stretch classes are focused on balance, flexibility and core strength. We aim to undo a lot of the negative effects that sitting each day for extended periods of time has on our bodies. Flexibility and mobility are both very underrated aspects of fitness when it comes to longevity.


Run and Walk Club

 Lace up your sneakers and join our vibrant community of runners and walkers. Whether you're a seasoned athlete or a beginner, our club offers a supportive environment for you to improve your endurance, enjoy the freedom of running or walking, and explore the park's scenic trails. 

Boxing

A fantastic and challenging class that will have you sweating and wanting more.

Will guide you through technique drills, bag work, partner exercises, and conditioning routines. Whether you're a beginner or have previous boxing experience, our classes cater to all skill levels.
