We invite all members of the local community to join our free running and walking club.
Participants are encouraged to progress at their own pace as we vary our sessions from intervals, hill climbs, and slow long runs/walks, allowing you to explore the streets of Burwood and meet new people from the local community. For those interested in the finer details there is a fair spread of fitness levels within the group that varies from a walker doing 9min/km to runners doing 5min/km and everything in between. Regardless of your fitness level, we would love to have you.
