Members often say they appreciate the positive, encouraging atmosphere we create. They know they’re always greeted with a smile, and we make an effort to know everyone by name. Our members feel seen, supported, and never judged—which makes them want to keep coming back.

        Frequently Asked Questions

What do you do if it rains? Or is it freezing outside?

Are there any social events or opportunities to meet other members at the boot camp?

Are there any social events or opportunities to meet other members at the boot camp?

Fortunately, we have access to the club rooms, so if it’s raining or the weather turns for the worse, we can use these facilities. Regarding the cold weather, we recommend that members dress appropriately for the conditions. By the middle of the session, members usually have removed several layers and are down to a t-shirt or singlet.

Are there any social events or opportunities to meet other members at the boot camp?

Yes, we pride ourselves on building a community. Regular coffee catch-ups post-session, pub nights, Pilates and Prosecco, park runs, obstacle events, workshops, and footy tipping are just some of the regular events that we have.

Will there be modifications for exercises if I have an injury or limitation?

Are there any social events or opportunities to meet other members at the boot camp?

Will there be modifications for exercises if I have an injury or limitation?

Yes of course, if you have an injury or niggle we are able to modify the session for you so you are not aggravating the injury. We highly recommend seeing a health professional before starting with us so we are aware of what exercises you can and can’t do. This also means you will be able to complete your rehab exercises at our sessions.

What are some good exercise to do whilst away on holidays?

What are some good exercise to do whilst away on holidays?

Will there be modifications for exercises if I have an injury or limitation?

The best exercise on holiday is one that you enjoy and can do consistently. Being in Europe recently I didn’t do any resistance training for over 5 weeks however, I have never walked more in my life and swam so much. You may find you exercise more. Being on holiday may be a good time to try new things or use some of our online recorded sessions

Will I be pushed too hard in group sessions?

What are some good exercise to do whilst away on holidays?

Will I be pushed too hard in group sessions?

No not at all, everyone works away at their own pace if there are exercises too difficult we can always give you a regressed version. Our trainers are more than happy to answer any questions you may have.

How do you keep clients motivated?

By continuing to provide members with fun and engaging workouts, we also recognize that exercise is just one part of the equation. Offering opportunities for members to socialize and create connections means they’re not just training with other members, but with friends.

Can I attend group sessions if I'm new to exercise?

I carry a few wear and tear injuries can I still join the group?

I carry a few wear and tear injuries can I still join the group?

Yes of course. We have a variety of different fitness levels within our group. Some members haven’t exercised in 3+ years and other members are just looking for something they enjoy.

I carry a few wear and tear injuries can I still join the group?

Of course, our trainers can modify the sessions according to you and your fitness level. If you have an injury, we can either regress an exercise, swap it out for something completely different, or avoid movement through the injured area altogether. If it is a serious injury, we highly recommend consulting a health practitioner, with whom we are happy to work together.

What's the most effective way to lose weight/build muscle?

Our sessions range from between 5-20 members. We ensure that we have 1
trainer to every 12 members at sessions so the trainers can modify, progress, and
        regress as they go.

What's the most effective way to lose weight/build muscle?

The most effective way to lose weight is to be in a caloric deficit eg more calories burned than calories consumed. The best way to build muscle is through progressive overload (heavier weights, more reps, shorter rest, harder exercises)
