         I want Park Fitness Training to be known as a welcoming and supportive community where people of all fitness levels feel encouraged to achieve their goals. I want us to be recognized not just for great workouts, but for fostering genuine connections and helping people build healthier, more confident versions of themselves.

         Yes, our approach combines outdoor group training with personalized coaching. We create an environment that’s both challenging and fun, where people can push themselves while feeling supported. Our focus on variety, accountability, and community sets us apart.

         You are in the right place! A lot of our new members haven't exercised in years. We highly encourage new members to work at their own pace and as they start to feel more confident with the program they can start to increase their intensity as they feel.

        Do I need to be fit to join?

         Definitely not. We have complete beginners come to train with us who either haven't trained in years or are trying to find something that they will love and can implement into their schedule long term.

        How big are the group sizes?

         We use the clubhouse at Burwood District Bowls Club.

         Our group sessions range from 5-25 people. We always ensure there is ratio of 1/12 in a group so the trainers can make sure all members are training safely and getting the most out of their workouts.

         Yes, all workouts can be adjusted to suit your fitness level. If you take an exercise like a push up for example some members will do them on their toes, some from their knees and others will be doing a dumbbell press on their back.

         A towel and a drink bottle. Some members also like to bring their own mats.

        How long are the sessions?

         Our sessions are 45 minutes in length.

         At Burwood Reserve their is parking off both Warrigal or Bath rd.

         If you have an injury or health condition we will make changes during the workout as needed so you can avoid the injured area. Ideally you have already consulted a allied health profession prior to starting so we can discuss with them what you can/can't do as well as help to implement your rehab throughout the sessions.

         Yes definitely! most of our members are between the ages of 35-65. Having said that our youngest members is 27 and oldest members is 76.

         After the original 4 week kickstart you can cancel your membership at any stage with 7 days notice. All of our 4 week kickstarts come with a 7 day money back guarantee so if come down for your first week and you don't enjoy it or decide it isn't for you we will give you a full refund no questions asked.

         No waitlists! due to the size of our space we do not need to implement waitlists instead we will add more trainers to sessions.
